How often should I wear BackEmbrace?

To start, you may wear BackEmbrace for shorter lengths of time and gradually increase usage as it becomes more comfortable. Do not wear BackEmbrace for more than 6 consecutive hours per day. If you experience pain, discontinue use and consult a medical professional.


Should I wear BackEmbrace under or over my clothes?

BackEmbrace is equally effective whether it’s worn under or over your clothing. Most people find it easiest to put on, adjust, and take off when worn over clothing.


Who can wear BackEmbrace?

BackEmbrace is for men, women and young adults.


How do I wash BackEmbrace?

BackEmbrace is machine washable - cold water, delicate cycle, do not bleach. Secure the ends together and wash separately in a netted mesh laundry bag. Lay flat to dry.


How do I know which size will fit me best?
